Lunch with friends

One big advantage working in the city is that you get to have lunch with your friends. Last Friday I had lunch with Alf (the picture) and today I had lunch with Ste*an. I hope to have lunch with my friends from GTECH soon.

Meeting with the bank

My bank gave me some financial advise yesterday. If you were not satisfied they offered to pay you 500 SEK (~$50). I tried to not be satisfied, but finally I was. So I did not get my money...

This week-end

Saturday we went to my mother. We fed the ducks and Cornelia and my mother made bracelets. Axel chased my mothers cat, Kastor.
Hanna spent the week-end with her friend Heidi in London. She came home Sunday with a lot of gifts. Axel got a pirat hat and Cornelia got some new clothes and I got some new underware.

Storlien

I went up early in the morning and took the car and drove 5,5 hours to Östersund.
The train came in as scheduled with...
Hanna and the kids. We drove for another two hours to Storlien.
We ate dinne when we came there.
The day after we played in the snow and made a sofa...
...and a cave...
...and a snow man...
...and another snow man.
Then it was time to ski. Axel did want to ski, but Cornelia realy liked it.
She wasn't affraid at all.
Here she had some lift training...
...while Axel played in a house.

Storlien next

Tomorrow we are going to the Swedish moutains. Hanna has a part in a house in Storlien. We will be there for a week.

Danger

The biggest threat in Stockholm is not being hit by a car, it is the ice falling down from the roofs.
This winter has been the longest since 1942 and the weather is shifting all the time. Really cold for a couple of days and then over 0 degrees celcius for a couple of days. So if you are in Stockholm, walk in the middle of the road and look up all the time. Then you survive...

He tricked me...

Today I went spinning on lunch. The trainer was from England and he played a lot of Bryan Adams, John Lennon and Coldplay songs, making me working harder subconsciously. He tricked me...

Malva (Björn and Malvas daughter) and Betty (Stefan and Annas daughter) had their birthday yesterday.

Vacation plans and Sofias birthday

Sunday we booked one week at Crete, Greece. We will go there the first week in June. Ramses, Lena and Claes will go there as well. Next week we are going to Storlien to ski.
The week-end after Hanna will go to London and meet her good friend Heidi from US.

Later on Sunday we went to Sofia in Djursholm on her second birthday.

Saturday with Adam, Magnus and Petra

The kids started the Saturday with showing me that they were not in th mood of walking.
But when we got outside, they found interesting ice formations that they carried around all day.
Then lunch at McDonalds. Axel and Cornelia saw a person that was overweight and they told the restaurant about this, while I was trying to tell them that we could talk about that later...
Axel slept for an hour and we went skating. Cornelia is improving everytime.
We had a coffee outside in the beutiful winter weather.
Then we went to Kulturhuset where they have a Alfons exibition. Axel and Cornelia tried Alfons helicopter.
We met Magnus and Adam there. Adam is so much bigger now and he walks around.
Adam found a lot of interesting cars to play with.
We left Kulturhuset and bought dinner. Petra joined us.

Cut my hair

I baught this machine that will cut my hair in the future. Hanna cut my hair and I think it works ok.

No more Royal league

Hammarby had to win with 2-0 against FC Copenhagen to stay in the quarter final in Royal Leage. And they did. 2 goals the last 4 minutes of the game. But since FC Copenhagen won the first game with 2-0, penalties had to differ the teams. And then Hammarby lost.

Hammarby has to qualify

Hammarby hockey had to win the final game and aik had to beat Sundsvall. Hammarby won, but aik lost. So now Hammarby needs to qualify to stay in the second division.

Hammarby turns 109 years old today.

Dentist

Axel and Cornelia didn't sleep that good last night. That left Axel in a bad mood all morning. And this morning Cornelia had an appointment with the dentist. But Cornelia was really cool and had good teath. And after lunch Axel feels better as well.

Week-end

This week-end was good. Hannas brother turned 37 and had a party.
Saturday we spent home and Sunday we met Bruno&Blenda.
Today Axel had some feever, so Hanna stays home and tomorrow I will probably be home taking care of Axel.

Brokeback Mountain

The kids stays with grandpa and grandma until Saturday. Hanna and I saw a movie yesterday. Brokeback Mountain. Very good movie.
After we went to a greec restaurant.

Tips-SM

Every week, my friends and I, play Stryktipset. You bet 13 games if the home or away team will win or if there will be a draw.
Every year betters like us compare the results and the winner gets 100.000 Swedish crowns.
Last year I was the best participant in our team, but had 2000 betters better than me.

Halfday workshop at work

Anders Martinsson (to the left) and I arranged a half day at work. It was good for the team spirit and we got many things to work with. We were 20 participants.
